In the year 2150, power is no longer measured only in wealth or weapons. It is measured in memory.

In ***Elite Memories***, David J. Gibson imagines a dystopian future where human memory transfers are tightly controlled by those at the top. Identity itself has become currency: manipulated, regulated, and weaponized. Until something goes catastrophically wrong.

Damon Najor, son of an authoritarian leader, expects privilege to protect him. Instead, a mysterious malfunction leaves him trapped in the body of a sheepdog. Stripped of status, voice, and physical agency, Damon is forced to experience the world from the lowest possible vantage point … hunted, silenced, and powerless.

But power rarely disappears. It shifts.

As society trembles under the weight of its own engineered systems, Damon’s transformation becomes more than a personal nightmare. It becomes a threat to the fragile hierarchy holding civilization together.

Part biological thriller, part revolutionary tale, ***Elite Memories*** asks unsettling questions about control, consciousness, and what remains of humanity when bodies are no longer permanent homes.

> *As society collapses, is transferring human minds into animal bodies our only hope?*
